Margo Boster
ImpaQ Solutions helps companies, organizations, and people be more successful and exceed goals they previously thought unattainable. Services include executive/leadership coaching, organizational culture, and organizational/team development. Margo has a long history of building organizations and helping people within those organizations achieve goals they believed were beyond their reach. With more than 30 years of professional experience in senior leadership, including more 10 years in healthcare information management, she combines proven, real world experience with the education and training to help her clients thrive. Her experience includes both the private sector, including large, small and mid-size companies, as well as the Federal Government. Margo holds a bachelor of science degree in Psychology from The University of Maryland and a Masters Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. She is an ICF credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Board Certified Executive Coach. Margo currently serves as a mentor to coaching candidates at Georgetown University Leadership Coaching program. She is also co-founder of the Arizona Transformational Leadership Program, and serves as its Program Director.

Marc Chesley
Marc loves technology and hyper-growth. Currently serving as COO at Paradox.Ai where our artificial intelligence recruiting assistant, Olivia reinvents the candidate experience by making it more personal and human. Marc previously was President at Infusionsoft during its early stages to become the fastest company in Arizona history to go from startup to $100M in revenue. Marc also served as the CTO and Head of Product at Infusionsoft, the worldwide leader in sales and marketing automation CRM for small businesses. He helped start the company and grow annual recurring revenue from $1M to $100M. Marc has helped raise over $500M in venture capital, private equity and debt financing; including leading the $54.4M Infusionsoft Series C financing transaction with Goldman Sachs, and the $55M Series D transaction with Bain Capital Ventures. Marc was honored as Arizona CIO of the Year by the Phoenix Business Journal and the Arizona Technology Council, and as the Arizona IT Leader of the Year by the Society for Information Management (SIM). Marc holds a JD, Law from Brigham Young University – J. Reuben Clark Law School, and a BA, Philosophy from Arizona State University.

Susan (Sue) Dess
Crestline Advisors is a multi-service health care consulting organization, helping large and small public-sector organizations operate successfully and grow despite the constant operational, financial and political challenges they face. As an experienced health care professional, Sue brings a wide range of experiences to Crestline. Her 15-year administrative and executive management background spans the operations of both managed care and provider organizations. In most recent years she has worked as an independent health care consultant. During this time, Sue and her team were responsible for the success of clients bidding on new and expanded Medicaid business and those implementing large Medicaid provider contracts. She has extensive experience as a Medicaid strategist, developing integrated health programs for managed care and provider organizations. Additionally, Sue spent 25 years as an Emergency Room and Intensive Care Registered Nurse, further rounding out her ability to understand the “big picture.” Experience includes serving as COO and CEO, overseeing direct and managed care operations for a large public-sector health company, including overseeing all aspects of behavioral health contract valued more than $500M per year. Sue holds an MS, Nursing Administration, from the University of Maryland Baltimore.

James (Jim) Jacobs
James A. Jacobs is Managing Partner of West Desert Partners, a strategic and financial advisory services firm assisting companies in defining and executing on their growth and profitability objectives. He previously served as Sr. Vice President of Corporate Development for Studio One Media, Inc., an entertainment technology company, and was a Managing Director at JDB Capital Partners, an Arizona merchant bank. He has also held other senior financial positions including Sr. Vice President of Finance for the Arizona Cardinals Football Club, Portfolio CFO at Texas Pacific Group and Sr. Manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice at KPMG. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Jacobs recently served as an entrepreneur in resident for the Arizona Commerce Authority’s Venture Ready Program.

Fanny Zylstra, BBA CCRP
Accomplished research operations/administration leader with over 15 years of combined experience within the device and pharmaceutical research industry. Trusted conceptual thinker with a proven track record. Experience extends to all aspects of the clinical research realm and research site staff management. Proven ability to manage multiple Pre-clinical and Phase I-IV studies from inception to completion, bringing forth positive and timely trial results. Thorough understanding of Federal Drug Administration (FDA) and Institutional Review Board (IRB) guidelines and reporting expectations. Adept at maintaining compliance and meeting timelines with IRB submissions and electronic data capturing systems. Ability to implement procedural guidelines for active protocols for successful completion of clinical trials in therapeutic areas of oncology, nephrology, endocrinology, cardiology, trauma, neurology and infectious disease. Proven ability to promote non-profits in corporate settings and at marketing/charity events, educating listeners on organizational missions, services provided, population served, and volunteer opportunities to solicit program sponsorship and donations.
